Delivery Options

Metropolitan France

· Standard delivery to a pickup point – €4.90 / Free on orders over €60 

· Standard home delivery – €8.90 / Free on orders over €120

· Express 24-hour home delivery – €18.90 (Paris and Île-de-France only) 

Promotional offers for free shipping apply only to deliveries within Metropolitan France using the Colissimo service.

European Union

· Standard delivery to the European Union – from €14.90

· Standard delivery to the UK – from €18.90 

International

· Standard international delivery – from €23.90

Please note: XXL bouquets cannot currently be delivered to pickup points or international destinations due to their size and shipping constraints.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times within the EU will not exceed 14 business days, barring cases of *force majeure*. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Île-de-France

· Express delivery: 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) 

Metropolitan France

· Standard delivery: 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Within the EU

· Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days

International
